A linguist, she has spent the past twenty years studying digital culture and human behavior and is the author of ConversationAgent.com and ItalianStyle.me. Maltoni earned a doctorate degree in linguistics from the University of Bologna, Italy, studied human development and risk management, and completed a Marketing Communications certification practicum at Villanova University.
