Less than 2 years later, he was promoted into front-office management for the NBA’s Washington Wizards (at the age of 23). He then managed and trained entry-level staff, while being ranked as the franchise’s #1 Salesperson for 3 straight years. Pete's mission is give students and recent graduates the confidence and strategies needed to get their dream jobs and achieve career success of their own.
